Your puppy will be checked by a licensed veterinarian before shipping/delivery. A copy of the vet check will
be sent with the puppy. Your puppy will have had all the required immunizations. We will provide a copy of
the shot/deworming record at the time of purchase/shipping. Any vet bills encountered by you once the
puppy leaves us are the buyer’s responsibility.

business day following receipt of the puppy. This and all other veterinarian and/or other fees are the
responsibility of the buyer. I requires a copy of your puppy’s initial health report signed and dated by your
veterinarian and forwarded to her within 10 business days of the vet check. If this requirement is not
fulfilled within the specified time, this guarantee is null and void.
If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect, that will not allow the puppy to grow or
age to a normal life expectancy, the buyer must obtain and forward to Melissa Gaylor a written statement
from the licensed veterinarian (on office stationary and signed by the veterinarian) stating the health risk(s)
and including a description of the symptoms supporting his/her opinion. I reserve the right to have this
statement reviewed and verified by another veterinarian(s).
Upon confirmation of the puppy having a life threatening congenital defect, I will require that the puppy
along with all his/her paperwork be returned to us at the expense of the buyer, prior to the exchange. I will
exchange the puppy with one of equal value when one is available. Any shipping expense is the responsibility of
the buyer. If the buyer does not fulfill these requirements within 14 days of offer of exchange this guarantee
