Kat's Pup

Bill of Sale
Your puppy will be checked by a licensed veterinarian before shipping/delivery.  A copy of the
vet check will be sent with the puppy.  Your puppy will have had all the required immunizations.
We will provide a copy of the shot/deworming record at the time of purchase/shipping.  Any
vet bills encountered by you once the puppy leaves us are the buyer’s responsibility.

I guarantee my puppies/dogs to be in good health and free from obvious defects to the best of
my knowledge unless otherwise stated in this contract.  Immunizations and wormings are up-to-
date unless otherwise stated.  We do not guarantee common problems that are
preventable/treatable/manageable by medication and/or surgery and are not considered life-
threatening congenital defects.  This includes but is not limited to: ears not standing, hernias,
undescended testicles, hernias, underbite or overbite, hearing or vision problems, luxating
patella, limp, hypoglycemia, diarrhea, coccidia, kennel cough, bronchitis, collapsed trachea,
giardia, parvo, open fontanel, liver shunt, ear mites, worms, fleas or ticks.  No guarantee is made
as to size, weight, disposition, conformation, color, hair thickness, or breeding ability.

To activate this guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy checked by a vet within 4 days of
the beginning business day following receipt of the puppy.  This and all other veterinarian
and/or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  The seller listed on Kat's Pups requires
a copy of your puppy’s initial health report signed and dated by your veterinarian and
forwarded to us within 10 business days of the vet check.  If this requirement is not fulfilled
within the specified time,
this guarantee is null and void.

If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect, that will not allow the puppy
to grow or age to a normal life expectancy, the buyer must obtain and forward to the seller
listed on Kat's Pups a written statement from the licensed veterinarian (on office stationary
and signed by the veterinarian) stating the health risk(s) and including a description of the
symptoms supporting his/her opinion.  The seller listed with Kat's Pups reserves the right to
have this statement reviewed and verified by another veterinarian(s).

Upon confirmation of the puppy having a life threatening congenital defect, the seller listed on
Kat's Pups will require that the puppy along with all his/her paperwork be returned to us at the
expense of the buyer, prior to the exchange.  The seller listed with Kat's Pups will exchange the
puppy with one of equal value when one is available. Any shipping expense is the responsibility
of the buyer. If the buyer does not fulfill these requirements within 14 days of offer of
exchange by the seller listed with Kat's Pups, this guarantee is null and void, and the seller
listed on Kat's Pups is under no further obligation, financial or otherwise.

This guarantee applies to the original buyer only.
