Buying a Puppy
1. Email or call us, and let us know which puppy you would like to buy.
2. We will email you a copy of our Bill of Sale/Guarantee.
3. You will fill it out, with your name, address, and phone number, sign it,and fax or mail it back to us.
4. If we are shipping the puppy, we will discuss the details of what airport to ship to, and the
day/date/time of shipping. We will make the flight reservation, and email you the flight details.
5. We sill send you a copy of our Puppy Care Tip Sheet. It will contain information to help you prepare
for your new puppy's arrival.
6. You will send payment in the form of a cashiers check or money order, or PayPal plus 3%.
7. We will let you know when we receive the payment.
8. On the day of shipping, we will call you and let you know the puppy is on her way.
9. You will call us and let us know she arrives safely.
Shipping
We ship in the United States only. Shipping is $250 - $300 depending on shipper used.
Because we live 3 hours from the airport, we go to the airport weekly.
Deposits
We accept a deposit of $100 to hold a puppy until they are old enough to ship, with the balance due
before shipping. The deposit is non-refundable should you decide to not buy the pup.
Payments
We accept payments in the form of cashiers checks and postal money orders over nighted or sent first
class with signature confirmation, PayPal plus 3%, Walmart Moneygrams, and Western Union.
